There are a number of tools which can be used to help enable and manage Network Tracing and to view the resulting data. Some of the tools that may be helpful are Netsh.exe, Network Monitor, Event Viewer, netsh trace convert, Tracerpt.exe, and Xperf.exe.
In this section we will look at how to use Netsh.exe and Network Monitor to help with troubleshooting network tracing.
