IRelatedItem::GetItem method (shobjidl_core.h)

Gets the IShellItem that is related to this item.

Syntax

HRESULT GetItem(
  IShellItem **ppsi
);

Parameters

ppsi

Type: IShellItem**

When this method returns, contains the address of a pointer to the IShellItem interface for the item that is related to this item.

Return value

Type: HRESULT

If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
