IOperationsProgressDialog::UpdateLocations method (shobjidl_core.h)

Called to specify the text elements stating the source and target in the current progress dialog.

Syntax

HRESULT UpdateLocations(
  [in] IShellItem *psiSource,
  [in] IShellItem *psiTarget,
  [in] IShellItem *psiItem
);

Parameters

[in] psiSource

Type: IShellItem*

A pointer to an IShellItem that represents the source Shell item.

[in] psiTarget

Type: IShellItem*

A pointer to an IShellItem that represents the target Shell item.

[in] psiItem

Type: IShellItem*

A pointer to an IShellItem that represents the item currently being operated on by the operation engine. This parameter is only used in Windows 7 and later. In earlier versions, this parameter should be NULL.

Return value

Type: HRESULT

If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
