Sets the shortcut menu handler for the IDefaultFolderMenuInitialize object.

Type: REFCLSID
The CLSID for the object defines the shortcut menu handler.
Return value
If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
