Specifies the amount of downsampling to perform on the output.

Parameters
[in] pConstrictionSize
The sampling size.
To disable constriction, set this parameter to NULL.
Return value
If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
