Assigns a value to an item in a dynamic pointer array (DPA).
Syntax

Parameters
hdpa
Type: HDPA
A handle to a DPA.
i
Type: int
The index of the item in the DPA.
Note If the index is beyond the current size of the DPA, the DPA expands to accommodate it. You do not need to assign items contiguously.
p
Type: void*
A pointer to the value to assign to the specified DPA item.
Return value
Type: BOOL
Returns TRUE if successful, or FALSE otherwise.
