Parameters
[in] pData
Type: float*
A pointer to the first matrix.
[in] Offset
Type: UINT
The number of matrix elements to skip from the start of the array.
[in] Count
Type: UINT
The number of elements to set.

Returns one of the following Direct3D 10 Return Codes.
