Creates an empty ID2D1PathGeometry.

Type: ID2D1PathGeometry**
When this method returns, contains the address to a pointer to the path geometry created by this method.
Return value
Type: HRESULT
If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
