Disables a Process Lifecycle Management (PLM) package debug.
Syntax

Parameters
[in] Server
The server of the package.
[in] PackageFullName
A pointer to the package name.
Return value
If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
