Download Microsoft SqlClient Data Provider for SQL Server

The Microsoft.Data.SqlClient library is distributed as a NuGet package. Add a NuGet reference to Microsoft.Data.SqlClient. NuGet packages are easily consumed directly from a .NET project without the need to manually download anything. If you use Visual Studio for development, see Install and use a package.
