Support self-help localization

Background

We're excited to introduce localization as part of Microsoft Engage Center's self-help feature launch.

In the new Microsoft Engage Center (Services Hub) platform, we're adopting the Ibiza framework to provide consistent localization across platforms. Our first major step on this journey is the self-help support feature launch: as part of the enhanced self-help flow, you can now view localized content in the major languages Ibiza supports. As we continue to launch new features within Microsoft Engage Center, we'll ensure consistent localization as each is added to the platform.

You can view the enhanced self-help support request creation process in your local language (if supported) by navigating to settings and selecting your language and region from the dropdown menus, then going through the steps to open a new support request.
