Issue
These warnings indicate an issue with the $(NuGetTargetMoniker) MSBuild
property in a Xamarin.Android project. This property is normally generated
automatically based on the $(TargetFrameworkIdentifier) and
$(TargetFrameworkVersion) properties, so these warnings should not arise in
normal use.
