Kinect for Windows 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, 1.8
You can save Kinect data that has been recorded in Kinect Studio to a event data (.xed) file. For information about recording data from a Kinect, see Recording Event Data for a Kinect-Enabled Application [Kinect Studio].
To save opened data
- In the File menu, click Save.
- In the Save As dialog box, choose a file name and location for the event data file, and then click Save.
To save a range of the timeline
- Select a range of the timeline by doing one of the following:
- Drag on the timeline.
- Right-click the timeline or graph, click Select Range, and then enter values for the start time and duration of the range.
- In the Timeline menu, click Select Range, and enter values for the start time and duration of the range.
- Display the Save As dialog box by doing one of the following:
- Right-click the timeline or graph, and then click Save Range As.
- In the Timeline menu, click Save Range As.
- In the Save As dialog box, choose a file name and location for the event data file, and then click Save.
