As an administrative user, you can project your desktop to a single user’s station or all users’ (non-administrator) stations. This feature is useful when you want to demonstrate a task to a user or set of users.
To project your desktop to a standard user’s station
In normal mode, click the Desktops tab.
Click the thumbnail image of the desktop to which you want to project your station.
Under Selected Item Tasks, click Project my station to selected station.
To project your desktop to all non-administrator stations
In normal mode, click the Desktops tab.
Under General Tasks, click Project my station to all stations.
To project a different station to all stations
In normal mode, click the Desktops tab.
Click the thumbnail image of the desktop that you want to project to other stations.
Under Selected Item Tasks, click Project selected station to all other stations.
To stop projecting your desktop to a standard user’s station
In normal mode, click the Desktops tab.
Click the thumbnail image of the desktop on which you want to end the projection.
Under General Tasks, click Stop projection.
To stop projecting your desktop to all non-administrator stations
In normal mode, click the Desktops tab.
Under General Tasks, click Stop projection.
To stop projecting a different desktop to all other stations
In normal mode, click the Desktops tab.
Under General Tasks, click Stop projection.
