);
Parameters
Uri [in]
The URL to compare to the user's current setting.Must be a value URL.isDefault [in, out]
TRUE is the user's home page matches the input URL; FALSE otherwise. Must not be NULL.
Return value
If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
