Description
When you use FBA, you get a Virtual Memory Error.
A virtual memory error in the FBA log file indicates that the run-time image has loaded more services and registered more binary files than are allowed by physical RAM on the target device.
Resolution
Try one or more of the following:
- Add more RAM to the device. The extra RAM may only be needed during FBA, and can be reduced later.
- Reduce the number of features in the run-time image by disabling or deleting components from your configuration.
- In Target Designer, add pagefile support to the configuration by locating the hardware abstraction layer (HAL) component in your configuration and adjusting the pagefile settings.
