The Files directory contains device-specific files that are used to build the run-time image, initial directory structure, initialized databases, and initialized registry for the run-time image.
This directory should be used for device-specific files that are not code or documentation.
The Files directory contains the following directory and files.

| Config.bib | A binary image builder file. |
| Platform.db | A database file. |
| Platform.bib | A binary image builder file. |
