The following table shows the structures that are provided in the Enhanced Write Filter (EWF) API.

| EWF_LEVEL_DESC | This structure contains a description of an EWF overlay level. |
| EWF_OVERLAY_STORE_CONFIG | This structure contains storage information about the EWF overlay. |
| EWF_VOLUME_CONFIG | This read-only structure contains configuration information about an EWF-protected volume. |
| EWF_VOLUME_DESC | This structure contains a description of an EWF-protected volume. |
| EWF_VOLUME_NAME_ENTRY | This structure is used to return a list of EWF-protected volumes. |
