This method retrieves the top thumb coordinate for a vertical scrollbar and the left thumb coordinate for a horizontal scrollbar.

Parameters
- hwnd
[in] Handle to the window control. - fVert
[in] Boolean that specifies whether the scroll bar is vertical or horizontal. TRUE specifies that the scroll bar is vertical. FALSE specifies that the scroll bar is horizontal. - psbii
[in] Pointer to a ScrollBarInfoInternal structure that specifies information about the scroll bar.
Return Values
The return value is either the y-coordinate of the top of the thumb for vertical scroll bars, or the x-coordinate of the left of the thumb for horizontal scroll bars.
