Description
The DUA service does not start.
Resolution
Verify the following DUA settings:
- In the MMC Services snap-in, verify the user account name and password that the Device Update Agent service is configured to use.
- In the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\DUAgent\Parameters\Config, verify that DUA is configured to start on system boot.
