This interface defines an information record for a caller information database.
Methods
Like all COM interfaces, this interface inherits the methods for the IUnknown interface. The following table shows the methods for this interface.

| Blocked | Blocks all future calls from the caller. |
| Commit | Saves any changes made to this record to the database. |
| DeleteFromDB | Deletes this record from the database. |
| ForwardingURI | Sets or retrieves the URI for forwarding calls from this caller. |
| FriendlyName | Sets or retrieves the friendly name of the caller. |
| RingTone | Sets or retrieves the path to the ring tone to use for the caller. |
| SpeedDialEntry | Sets or retrieves the numeric speed dial entry of the caller. |
| URI | Sets or retrieves the URI of the caller. |
| VoIPName | Sets or retrieves the VoIP name of the caller. |
