This method rejects an attempt to change media parameters for the session. The media stack retains the previously set media stream types.

This method can return an RTC_E_ constant. The following table shows an additional return value and additional information about a specific return value.

| E_FAIL | The session has already been accepted. |
| RTC_E_INVALID_OBJECT_STATE | The media request is not in the incoming state. |
