This method gets the buddy group associated with the event.
HRESULT get_Buddy( IRTCBuddy2**ppBuddy );
Parameters
- ppBuddy
[out] Pointer to the IRTCBuddy2 interface. This method adds a reference to the group object, which the caller is responsible for releasing.
Return Values
This method can return an RTC_E_ constant. The following table shows an additional possible return value.

| E_POINTER | The ppBuddy parameter is not a valid pointer. |
