This function sets the size of the HID client's queue.

[in] Handle to a HID device. - dwSize
[in] Size of the HID client's queue.
Return Values
The following table shows the possible return values.

| ERROR_INVALID_PARAMETER | dwSize was set to 0. |
| ERROR_SUCCESS | Function returned successfully. |
