This method converts or serializes a complex type into XML in an outgoing SOAP message.

Parameters
- pSoapSerializer
[in] Reference to the ISoapSerializer interface pointer used to write the XML to the SOAP message. - bstrEncoding
[in] EncodingStyle attribute specified in the Web Services Description Language (WSDL) file. - encodingMode
[in] Style and use attributes in the WSDL file (enDocumentEncoded, enDocumentLiteral, enRPCEncoded, or enRPCLiteral). - lFlags
[in] Reserved. - pvar
[in] Data to serialize.
