• dwIndex
  The index of the adapter.
• dwPhysAddrLen
  The length of the physical address.
• bPhysAddr
  The physical address.
• dwAddr**
  The IP address.
• dwType**
  The type of ARP entry. The following table shows the possible values. This member can be one of these values.

  3	Dynamic
  2	Invalid
  1	Other
