This method saves the operation's message parts in a SOAP message.

Parameters
pISoapSerializer
[in] ISoapSerializer object in which to save the operation's message parts.vbInput
[in] Value indicating whether to save the message parts as input or output to a service.If set to True, this method saves the message parts as the input to a service.
If set to False, this method saves the message parts as the output from a service.
Return Values
The following table describes the common return values.

| E_NOTIMPL | The function contains no implementation. |

Remarks
You must call the save method on the same thread used to set the COM values of the operation's message parts.
