This method converts or deserializes an XML node in an incoming SOAP message into the complex type.

Parameters
- pNode
[in] Reference to the node that contains the data to be read. - bstrEncoding
[in] EncodingStyle attribute specified in the Web Services Description Language (WSDL) file. - encodingMode
[in] Style and use attributes in the WSDL file (enDocumentEncoded, enDocumentLiteral, enRPCEncoded, or enRPCLiteral). - lFlags
[in] Reserved. - pvar
[out] Returned deserialized value.
