This method loads and analyzes the specified Web Services Description Language (WSDL) and Web Services Meta Language (WSML) files.

Parameters
WSDLFileSpec
[in] Name or URL of the WSDL file.WSMLFileSpec
[in] Name or URL of the WSML file.When used on the client, an empty string for WSMLFileSpec indicates that a WSML file is not needed.
