This method initializes the IObex interface. This method must be called before any other method.

This method returns one of the following values.

| S_OK | The request was completed successfully. |
| E_FAIL | The request failed. |
| E_OUTOFMEMORY | Out of memory. |
Remarks
Every call to this method must be matched with a call to the IObex::Shutdown method.
