This property indicates if the message part represented by the SoapMapper object appears in the request (-1), response (0), or both the request and response (1) messages.

Parameters
pbIsInput
[out] Value indicating where the message part appears.A value of -1 indicates that the part appears in only the request message.
A value of 0 indicates that the part appears only in the response message.
A value of 1 indicates that the part appears in both the request and response messages.
