This method informs the SR engine of the creation of a speech recognition context. Each application connected with the SR engine can have one or more recognition contexts.
This method associates a pointer with the new recognition context. SAPI passes this pointer when calling other methods for the context.

Parameters
- hSAPIRecoContext
[in] Unique handle to the recognition context. - ppvEngineContext
[out] Address of a pointer to any engine-specific information that the engine has associated with this context.
