IPMPlatform::AddOS (Windows CE 5.0)

This method associates an OS object registered with Platform Manager with the platform object. For information about registering an OS with Platform Manager, see IPMPlatformManager::AddOS.

HRESULT AddOS(BSTR bstrOSIdOrName,IPMOS** ppiOS);

Parameters

• bstrOSIdOrName
  [in] GUID or name of the OS object.
• ppiOS
  [out] Pointer to a pointer to the IPMOS interface.

Return Values

Returns S_OK if the call was successfully completed. If a failure occurs, the appropriate HRESULT value is returned.

Requirements

OS Versions: Windows CE .NET 4.0 and later.
Header: Platform.h, Cemgr.idl.
