This method displays the Target Connectivity dialog box Services Configuration.

Parameters
- pwszDeviceId
[in] Default device name for the configuration dialog box. - pwszDefaultControl
[in] Control (link) that should be activated by default. - pwszClientId
[in] Client PID.
