This function checks to see whether the user pressed the CTRL+C key combination.

Return Values
If the user pressed CTRL+C, this function returns TRUE. Otherwise, the function returns FALSE.
Remarks
Use this function in a loop to allow the user to press CTRL+C to exit a routine.
