The Unintialize method returns the MediaQueryEngine to UnInitialized state.

Return Value
This method returns a bool indicating success/failure of the operation. Possible values include the following:

| TRUE | MediaQueryEngine is UnInitialized |
| FALSE | GetLastError() would indicate reason for failure |
