This method sets the value of a specified system parameter (SPRM)

Parameters

[in] Specified SPRM number. Set this parameter to a value in the range from 0 to 3, 8, or in the range from 11 to 20. - wValue
[in] The new value for the SPRM specified by no.
Return Values
If the function succeeds, the return value is S_OK.
If the method fails, the return value may be one of the following error values.

| E_ACCESSDENIED | The application tried to assign a value to a read-only SPRM. |
