IFeed::ItemCount Property

Retrieves the count of items in this feed.

Syntax

HRESULT IFeed::get_ItemCount(LONG *count);

Parameters

• count
  Pointer to a variable of type LONG that receives the number of items.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if successful, or an error value otherwise.

Remarks

The IFeed::ItemCount property is a cached value and does not require access to the feed file. Use in place of the Count property of the IFeed::Items collection for faster performance.
