IFWXFirewall::CreateOverlapped method

The CreateOverlapped method creates an overlapped object that supports the IFWXOverlapped interface for use with handles hooked to the completion port with the HookToCompletionPort method.

Syntax

HRESULT CreateOverlapped(
  [out]  IFWXOverlapped **ppOverlapped
);

Parameters

  • ppOverlapped [out]
    Address of a parameter that receives a pointer to the IFWXOverlapped interface.

Return value

This method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.
