The StartDateYear property gets or sets the year part of the date to start the content download job.
This property is read/write.

A 32-bit integer that specifies the year part of the date to start the content download job.
Error codes
These property methods return S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, they return an error code.
Remarks
This property is read/write. Its default value corresponds to the year when the content download job was created, and its range of permissible values is from 1601 to 9999.
The date to start the scheduled content download is specified in the form dd.mm.yyyy, where dd equals the two-digit day, mm equals the two-digit month, and yyyy equals the four-digit year. The day is set by the StartDateDay property, the month is set by the StartDateMonth property, and the year is set by this property.
