The FetchUrlFlagTtlOverride property gets or sets a Boolean value that indicates whether the fpcFetchTtlOverride (FETCH_TTL_OVERRIDE) flag is set in internal calls to the FetchUrl method.
This property is read/write.

Boolean value that indicates whether the fpcFetchTtlOverride (FETCH_TTL_OVERRIDE) flag is set in internal calls to the FetchUrl method.
Error codes
These property methods return S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, they return an error code.
Remarks
This property is read/write. Its default value is False (VARIANT_FALSE in C++).
If the fpcFetchTtlOverride (FETCH_TTL_OVERRIDE) flag is set, the Time to Live (TTL) for the object is set to the value specified in the TTL property regardless of any "Expires" or "Cache-Control: max-age" HTTP header that the publishing Web server may have included with the object.
