The MoveUp method moves the specified rule up the list of rules, which corresponds to their order of application.

Parameters
- index [in]
Required. Index (the current position indicated by the Order property of the FPCPolicyRule object) of the rule to move up.
Return value
C++
This method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.
VB
This method has no return values. If the call is unsuccessful, an error is raised that can be intercepted by using an error handler.
Remarks
The default rule is always applied last. Its position cannot be changed.
This method is not applicable to system policy rules.
