The BypassLocalServers property gets or sets a Boolean value that indicates whether Web browsers configured to use the default automatic configuration script will bypass the Web proxy for requests sent to non-dotted names.
This property is read/write.

Boolean value that indicates whether Web browsers configured to use the default automatic configuration script will bypass the Web proxy for requests sent to non-dotted names.
Error codes
These property methods return S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, they return an error code.
Remarks
This property is read/write. Its default value is True (VARIANT_TRUE in C++).
Non-dotted names typically refer to Web servers in the local network. To enable Web browsers using the default automatic configuration script to bypass the Web proxy for requests sent to dotted names that refer to Web servers in the local network, add these names to the local domain table (LDT), or to the FPCPublicNames collection accessed through the DirectAddressDestinations property.
