Adds all the delegates associated with the ActAs subject into the attribute collection.

Parameters

subject
The delegate of this IClaimsIdentity will be serialized into a SamlAttribute.

attributes
Attribute collection to which the ActAs token will be serialized.

tokenDescriptor
Contains all the information that is used in token issuance.
