Parameters

Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.TestTools.UITest.Extension.UITechnologyElementControl to scroll.
wheelMoveCount
Type: Int32Number of mouse wheel scrolls.
modifierKeys
Type: ModifierKeysThe modifiers key pressed while scrolling.
Remarks
The direction of wheel is decided by by the sign of wheelMoveCount. If it is +ve then forward otherwise backward direction.
