Retrieves jobs in progress, queued and scheduled.

• runningJobs

  Jobs in progress, sorted by execution start time.

• queuedJobs
  Type: System.Collections.Generic.List<TeamFoundationJobQueueEntry>%

  Jobs queued for execution, sorted by priority first and queue time second.

• scheduledJobs
  Type: System.Collections.Generic.List<TeamFoundationJobQueueEntry>%

  Jobs scheduled for execution in the future, sorted by queue time.
