Type: String[in] The moniker of the target framework.
pbstrResolvedAssemblyPath
Type: String%[out, retval] The resolved assembly path. Returns null if the assembly does not belong in the given target framework.

If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
