If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
Remarks
This method is called on every mouse move (DragOver(UInt32, POINTL, UInt32%)). DragSetup(IDataObject, IVsTextLines, Int32%) must have been called before calling this method.
