Gets the build agent that has the specified name and that is associated with the specified build controller.

• controller
  Type: System.String
  The build controller that is associated with the desired build agent.

• name
  Type: System.String
  The name of the desired build agent.

The build agent that has the specified name and that is associated with the specified build controller.
