Adds an output reference to the project specified by projectId. The reference is added as a build dependency to the current project and included as a part of the SharePoint project item.

Parameters
- projectId
Type: System.Guid
Each project in a Visual Studio solution has a unique ID. This parameter represents the ID of the project to be added as a reference. The project specified by projectId should be loaded in the solution for this method to work correctly.
- deploymentType
Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.SharePoint.DeploymentType
A type of deployment as specified by the DeploymentType enumeration value.
